Was the seadrive a worthwhile design? I think that is what they called the bracket they put on there??? I think a have read more negative comments.

8 Sep 2004 The bracket is part of the motor on seadrives. If you re-power the seadrive will come off, transom holes repaired and then you will bolt on
Genuine Evinrude Johnson ETec Outboard Engine Motor Parts.
Fiberglass them in and then attach you bracket at the appropriate place.
OMC 200 sea drive ? good?
3 Jun 2008 you have to plug up the hole where the outdrive is then you have to install a seadrive bracket and thats where the outboard will be sitting
